Strong white bread flour (WHEAT), water, sourdough starter (WHEAT flour, water), salt.

Contains: WHEAT (GLUTEN).
Storage & shelf life
Best enjoyed within 3 days. Store at room temperature in a bread bag or airtight container. For longer storage, slice and freeze. Defrost at room temperature or toast from frozen.
Serving & reheating
Delicious as it is, toasted, or warmed briefly before serving. To refresh the whole loaf, lightly dampen the crust and warm in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5–10 minutes.
Delivery
Available for local delivery on Fridays. Orders must be placed by 5pm on Tuesday for delivery that Friday.
