Delivery & FAQs

Everything you need to know about ordering from Batch, from local delivery and UK postage to storage, allergens and wholesale.

Local delivery

When do you deliver locally?

Local Batch deliveries are made on Fridays. Orders must be placed by 5pm on Tuesday for delivery that Friday.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to selected local postcodes. Enter your postcode while shopping to check whether local delivery is available in your area.

Can I request delivery to my area?

Yes. We're starting with a small local delivery area and hope to expand as Batch grows.

If we don't currently deliver to your postcode, head to our Contact Batch page and select “Request local delivery to my area”.

What products are available for local delivery?

Our local delivery range includes our freshly baked breads, buns and selected bakes. Availability may change with the seasons and our weekly menu.

UK postal delivery

What can I order for postal delivery?

Our cookies are available for UK-wide postal delivery. Products that are available for postage will be clearly marked when shopping.

When are postal orders dispatched?

Postal orders are freshly baked and dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How much is postal delivery?

UK postal delivery is £5.50. Delivery is free when you spend £40 or more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Postal orders are sent using Royal Mail 24. This service usually aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Our bakes

How should I store my bakes?

Storage instructions vary depending on the product. You'll find the relevant storage information on each product page.

Can I freeze my order?

Many of our breads and bakes freeze really well. Check the individual product page for specific storage and freezing recommendations.

Where can I find allergen information?

Allergen information is provided with each product. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before placing your order.

Do you cater for allergies?

Batch is a small bakery where a range of allergens are handled in the same kitchen. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from traces of other allergens.

Please check the allergen information on the individual product before ordering and contact us if you have any questions.

Orders & wholesale

I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

Please use our Contact Batch page and include your order number where possible. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. As our products are baked fresh to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has started.

Do you supply wholesale?

Yes. Batch works with cafés, farm shops and other independent businesses.

Visit our Wholesale page to find out more and send us an enquiry.
