At Batch, we want you to have clear information about the ingredients and allergens in our bakes so you can make an informed choice before ordering.

Allergen information

Allergen information is provided for each product on our website. Please check the information on the individual product page carefully before placing your order.

We regularly review our recipes and ingredients, and suppliers can occasionally change their products. For this reason, please check the allergen information each time you order, even if you have purchased the product before.

Our kitchen

Batch is a small bakery and we handle a number of allergens within the same kitchen and using shared equipment.

We have procedures in place to manage allergens and reduce the risk of unintended cross-contact. Where a specific cross-contact risk has been identified for a product, this will be communicated alongside that product's allergen information.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance

If you or the person you are ordering for has a food allergy, intolerance or coeliac disease, please read the allergen information for the product carefully before ordering.
