A soft, buttery cookie spiced with warming chai, fresh orange zest and chunks of caramelised white chocolate. Baked until golden with crisp edges and a soft, chewy centre. Sweet, citrusy and gently spiced.

Unsalted butter (MILK), light brown sugar, caster sugar, whole EGG, strong white bread flour (WHEAT), plain flour (WHEAT), caramelised white chocolate (MILK, SOYA), candied orange, chai powder (MILK), cornflour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt.

Storage & shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Best enjoyed within 5 days. Cookies can also be frozen for longer storage.
Delivery
Available for local delivery on Fridays or UK-wide postal delivery. Postal orders are freshly baked and dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
