Batch is my independent practice, focused on shaping ideas into clear, confident ranges. My work is grounded in thoughtful flavour, careful testing, and an understanding of what holds up in real kitchens.

I work across laminated doughs, seasonal baking, and flavour-driven pastry, supporting both early-stage ideas and established menus that need refinement.
